  Jeff Knipe is the Principal Broker of Knipe Realty NW, Inc. and has over 10 years of real estate experience. Jeff has lived in the Portland Metro area his entire life, giving him vast knowledge of the Tri-County area.
  He graduated from Portland State University with Honors in both Business Finance and Economics. Jeff has been a Diamond Platinum Member of the Million-Dollar Club six years in a row. Jeff and his team are recognized among the top 1% of Realtors in Oregon.

   

  Michele Parker is a Broker/Buyer Specialist who brings The Knipe Team eight years of real estate experience and is passionate about providing outstanding service to our clients.
  As a licensed broker, she is enthusiastic and possesses an industrious ambition that is valued by every client she works with. Michele uses all of her experience and every tool available to find our buyers the perfect home.

   

  Julie Goodman brings 15 years of accounting and experience in a variety of industries and non-profit organizations to The Knipe Team. She has 5 years specifically in Real Estate Accounting, and has a Bachelor of Science in Adminstration with Emphasis on Human Resource Management from Portland State University. Julie currently serves as the Accountant and Transaction Coordinator for the Knipe Team.

  Katie relocated from Colorado nine years ago. She brings 33 years of successful, professional sales experience to Knipe Realty NW. Shortly after earning a BS degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin, she left the world of education and embarked on her sales career, traveling the state of Wisconsin and Illinois.
  
  Katie's next move was to Colorado, where she opened a new territory encompassing the eight-state Rocky Mountain Region, and met her husband. While traveling the state, they fell in love with southern Colorado, purchasing land and making a move to Cuchara, a small mountain community tucked between the twin Spanish Peaks (Land of the Huajatolla), in the Culebra Range of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
